The Buying Solution is the independent buying consultancy of Knight Frank LLP. Our
network of private and professional contacts, relationships with estate agents and
local property knowledge enables us to access the best houses, often before they
come to the open market.
Once a property has been identified, prior to advising on the buying strategy, we
will report in detail on the property. We will advise on the value, based on similar
properties and highlight any potential blights that may affect your future enjoyment
or investment of the property, allowing you to make fully informed decisions.
We put together a carefully selected team for each negotiation process. In an extremely
competitive marketplace our credibility and experience helps make you the preferred
purchaser. We have an outstanding track record of securing properties where we were
