TBS & Knight Frank

As the independent buying consultancy of Knight Frank, one of the world’s most prestigious property agencies, we draw upon a century of market knowledge, service and discretion.

We are immensely proud of this long and distinguished heritage. At the same time, we operate independently of our parent company to provide a completely impartial buying and rental search service for retained clients.

The Buying Solution's Service

TBS finds and secures exceptional properties in London and throughout the UK quickly, efficiently and at the best possible price for our retained clients. As a retained client our dedicated teams will take the time to understand your exact property requirements so that they can introduce you to unparalleled properties, often before they come to the open market.

If it fits the bill…

By looking at your current lifestyle and future needs we can introduce you to exceptional properties to suit your requirements. We aim to secure your property at the best terms available having undertaken comprehensive due diligence, with minimum fuss and within the required timeframe.

In fact, we offer the perfect property purchase or rental search solution.

Acquisition Solution

When we're in the know, so are you

We have excellent relationships with all selling or rental agents who regularly make us aware of properties about to come onto the market or likely to become available in the future. We know you're busy so when we find a potential match, we always visit prior to you viewing.

Our Fees

As your exclusive search agent we charge a retaining fee, a one off fee payable upon our instruction. Having successfully found a property we then charge a fee according to the individual search, based on a percentage of the purchase or rental price following an exchange of contracts.

We are also able to help with one off transactions where a property has already been identified and help is required with due-diligence and negotiations. An appropriate fee can then be agreed, depending on the advice required.
