Buying a home within walking distance to a good local pub is still a top priority for many and depending how good the pub is, it can even uphold an area’s value.

This mix of people and ideas around an open fire is what breathes life back into many villages and – unlike village shops – can never be replaced by Amazon… A good pub makes a good village and vice versa.”
