Jake has been a property consultant for over 20 years, managing well-known estate agencies in both London and the country during his career, as well as a stint in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining The Buying Solution, he managed the Strutt and Parker Winchester office selling country cottages, houses and farms throughout Hampshire.

Studying at Marlborough College, with family in the West Country and through his experience and contacts within the country property agency, Jake is well placed to advise clients looking to purchase in the Southern Counties, particularly in Hampshire, West Berkshire, Wiltshire and Somerset. Having now switched his skills to buying on behalf of retained clients, he relishes the challenge of working on a specific brief and delivering a highly personalised service using his knowledge and expertise to achieve the best results for them.

Living in the Candover Valley, Jake likes nothing more than spending quality time with his wife and three children. He is a keen traveller and sports enthusiast, whether it be a round of golf, village cricket or surfing in Cornwall. Originally a self-confessed Londoner, he is now fully immersed in country life and has a passion for his area and what it offers clients.
