Philip Eastwood’s vast experience of London’s prime property market spans over 35 years. He started his career at a boutique agency in Chelsea, going on to work with international agencies in Notting Hill, Knightsbridge and Kensington, before joining The Buying Solution in 2015.

Born in London and having brought up his family in Chelsea, educating his children in central London, Philip’s personal knowledge of the area is unrivalled. Clients value his sharp and well-informed local insight – from schooling and leisure options, to commutes and property investments.

Outside of work Philip enjoys cooking, history, opera and visiting art galleries, as well as collecting Starbucks mugs in every city the family visit.
