Growing up in Somerset, Theo moved to London in his early twenties and started his estate agency career with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, before moving to Carter Jonas’ Barnes office. There, he helped build an impressive market share and was involved in many notable sales including Barnes’ most expensive property. His first buying role was with established boutique agency, Crown Mayfair.

Theo’s likeability, unparalled communication skills and natural tenacity to help his clients cut him a clear path ahead of his competitors. What’s more, his journey from London to country is a path well-trodden by many of his clients, so he can offer expert advice through his own experiences.

When Theo is away from the office, he enjoys spending time in the South Downs National Park at his home in Midhurst – making the most of the beautiful scenery and easy access to the coast.
